Our Growth Culture:

One reason our organization keeps on flourishing after 130+ years is having an organization culture that supports and rewards practices that lead to development. Our Growth Behaviors, as we call them, are methods for being and working that help to make us fruitful. Consider how you can breath life into this in your next job at Coca-Cola.

Keep seeking, never settle. Staying curious about what is outside, and two steps ahead inspires us to challenge the status quo. Having the bravery to look and jump is the manner in which we develop. Since inquiring as to whether? pushes us to the following dimension as individuals and as an organization.

Make it happen. True empowerment is the result of taking responsibility. This means giving yourself permission to see it, say it and do it, and owning the outcomes. Since we push ahead quicker when we as a whole make a move.

Version 1.0, 2.0, 3.0

Push for progress, not perfection. There are very few overnight successes. Greatness is borne of many little victories (and failures). Share v 1.0, test it, and make it better. Then create the next version. Since the minute we think something is flawless, it will be out of date.

Include, value and trust each other. We are savvy alone however together we are virtuoso. This means being inclusive, giving the benefit of the doubt and being responsible for each other. Since, for our organization to flourish for the following 100+ years, shrewd isn't sufficient. We need virtuoso.

We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and don't oppress any worker or candidate for business due to race, shading, sex, age, national source, religion, sexual direction, sex personality or potentially articulation, status as a veteran, and premise of inability or some other government, state or neighborhood secured class.
