Master of Science, Other(Other), Master of Technology/Engineering(Mechanical, Production/Industrial), Bachelor of Science, Bachelor of Technology/Engineering(Mechanical, Production/Industrial).


Professional Responsibilities

• Perform inspections, controls, tests and sampling procedures for incoming materials, parts and components used in manufacturing.

• Check all parts according to drawing


• Inspection of raw materials, welding consumables, specifications of welding procedures. Perform inspections before, during and after welding.


• Study and interpretation of shop drawings, solder cards and symbols.


• Perform inspections and quality of purchased parts, subassemblies or finished products of the company using standard physical, mechanical and / or electrical measurements.


• The quality of the reworking or rejection of subsets or finished products as required.


• Maintain the measuring tool


• Coordinate the calibration of all test equipment and devices.


• Conduct and document audit of processes and systems using written procedures as auditing standards.


• Document accurately the results of inspections and tests.


• Maintain all controlled document files and test records accurately and in a timely manner.


• Monitor critical equipment and instruments to ensure correct operation and calibration.


• Participate in the drafting and updating of inspection procedures, protocol and checklists.


• Assess problems and make initial recommendations on possible corrective actions to be supervised.


• Work with production management and quality assurance to provide feedback to assemblers on the accuracy of assembly procedures.


• Review device history records and other documentation to ensure compliance with established procedures and good documentation practices.


• History of the output of the finished products.


• Prepare the inspection protocol for clients.


• Make sure protocols are sent with shipments.
